AF-EMDR (Attachment-Focused EMDR)

Attachment-Focused EMDR combines the power of traditional EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with a deep focus on relational repair and emotional attunement. This trauma-processing technique helps clients gently access and resolve stuck emotional memories while building a felt sense of safety and connection. AF-EMDR is particularly effective for early attachment wounds, developmental trauma, and experiences where support or protection were lacking.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. By exploring the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions, CBT can help you develop healthier coping tools, reduce negative thinking, and increase emotional resilience. We often integrate CBT for anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, and behavior challenges across all age groups.

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

DBT is a skill-based approach that supports emotional balance, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Originally designed for individuals struggling with intense emotions or relationship difficulties, DBT offers concrete tools to navigate life more effectively. We weave DBT concepts into sessions with both teens and adults, especially for those managing emotional dysregulation, self-criticism, or impulsive behaviors.

Ecotherapy
Deepens this relationship with the natural world. Sessions may involve mindful engagement with the environment, nature-based metaphor, grounding exercises, or rituals that invite reflection and renewal. Whether we’re walking through a forest path or sitting by a stream, the earth becomes a co-facilitator in your healing process.
EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) centers on the power of secure relationships. Whether working with individuals or couples, EFT helps identify emotional patterns, unmet needs, and attachment injuries that shape how we connect with others. Through this process, clients learn to communicate more openly, build trust, and create more secure and supportive relationships—both with others and with themselves.

IFS (Internal Family Systems)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, transformative model that views the mind as made up of different “parts”—each with its own role, voice, and history. Often, our inner parts carry burdens from past experiences and act out in protective ways. IFS helps clients build a compassionate relationship with all parts of themselves, healing from the inside out. This approach is especially effective for complex trauma, self-criticism, and identity exploration.

Somatic Practices
Trauma and stress are stored not just in the mind, but in the body. Our somatic therapy practices help you reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence through gentle, body-based awareness, movement, breathwork, and grounding tools. By tuning into the nervous system and honoring physical sensations, clients often experience increased regulation, reduced anxiety, and deeper self-trust. Somatic work is especially helpful for trauma, dissociation, and emotional overwhelm.

Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk & Talk Therapy takes the traditional therapy session outside. We move at your pace—both physically and emotionally—as we explore what’s on your mind in the calming presence of the natural world. This approach is especially helpful for clients who find sitting in an office challenging, or who feel more comfortable processing while in motion.
