Cancellation Policy/Terms and conditions:

At Orka Mind and Wellness, your time and well-being are important to us. To ensure we can provide quality care to all clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

We understand that life happens — emergencies, unexpected events, and human moments occur. That’s why we offer one “oopsie” cancellation per client, where a late cancellation fee will be waived. After that, the full fee applies to late cancellations or missed appointments.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a respectful and consistent therapeutic space.

15-minute phone or video consultation- FREE 
to help you get a sense of what working together might look like. This is a no-pressure space where we can briefly discuss your needs, answer any questions, and explore if our approach aligns with your goals.

There’s no obligation to book a session afterward—just a chance to connect.
Consultations can be scheduled through our online booking system or by reaching out via email.

50-Minute Individual Session — $150
 A standard therapy session designed to support your healing, growth, and self-awareness in a grounded, one-on-one setting.

80-Minute Extended Session — $200
 For deeper work, EMDR processing, or when you simply need more space. Ideal for trauma-focused sessions or clients who prefer an unhurried pace.

Affordable Therapy Options — Limited Availability
 We believe that healing should be accessible. A small number of reduced-rate spots are available for those facing financial hardship. Please inquire if cost is a barrier.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your session. We accept e-transfer, credit card, or direct billing (if applicable). Payment receipts will be provided directly after the payment is received for insurance and personal records

Orka Mind & Wellness is not directly affiliated with insurance providers, but receipts can be submitted to most plans that cover Registered Psychotherapists. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage.
