Website: At Orka Mind and Wellness, your time and well-being are important to us. To ensure we can provide quality care to all clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

We understand that life happens — emergencies, unexpected events, and human moments occur. That’s why we offer one “oopsie” cancellation per client, where a late cancellation fee will be waived. After that, the full fee applies to late cancellations or missed appointments.
